My name is Brett Carbo, 21 years retired military, husband and father. I understand the challenges of staying fit and healthy while leading a very busy schedule. I woke up one day and found myself in my late 30’s, always tired, over weight, unfit and not in the best health. I decided to make a change, I signed up for my very first obstacle race which gave me a specific end goal to work for, that was in 2012. I made a decision to become an American Council on Exercise certified personal trainer after realizing that my health and fitness not only effects me, but also my family and career. I am fitter and stronger than I have ever been and ready to take on what ever challenges I have coming my way. My journey in nutrition and fitness is an on going one and my goal is to help others develop healthy habits of their own so that they may obtain their desired results.
Whether you’re trying to get back into fitness, run your first race, improve your overall strength or just feel better about yourself, I can come up with a plan to get you to where you need to be.
